The Podbudsment
"Maybe the most informative episode of Pardon My Take all year."
- PFT Commenter

Jerry O'Connell's appearances are not for the faint of heart nor for the casuals coming for Hot Seat/Cool Throne and Fyre Fests. JOC is a roller-coaster whose many peaks and valleys are punctuated by "UHHs" and "UMMs" without a lot of substantive predictions left behind for a Fantasy Football preview.

Jerry likes to give the surface-level, 360-degree view of all 32 teams like the living embodiment of an airport newsstand fantasy football magazine. This year's preview seemed a bit unfocused for my liking. I'm generally a Jerry fan, but I think the hours he'd been putting in at Camp Barstool perhaps dulled his performance a bit. I found solace in seeing PFT and Big Cat similarly get lost on their phones around halfway through Jerry's missive, with Hank zonked off to the side.

Perhaps the moment of the episode belonged to Mr. Lockwood, who sang the Full House theme song as Jerry brought up calling up an Ex and having it feel so comfortable again. The rivalry is strong between these two and it's clear the shadow of John Stamos still hangs over JOC. If PMT ever book Uncle Jesse, it will break their fantasy football expert for good.

Bottom line: even when he's a tough hang, Jerry's appearances are worth the test of your patience, if only to see he and Hank go at it.
